A general error has occurred

If you see this message or if your RealPlayer plays the video like a "slideshow" you must configure your realplayer properly. In RealPlayer main window click Tools, then Preferences Then in "Connection" tab select "T1 (1.5 mbps)" for Normal and Maximum connections. If you have faster than 1.5 mbps connection select "Office LAN (10 mbps of above)" for your Maximum.
